Thirty-five square metre suite with a private kitchen for two people in El Cabanyal, four minutes on foot from Las Arenas beach. This is the old fishermen's quarter of Valencia, next to the marina, with the Cabanyal market and the lifelong bars around the corner.

It has a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a sitting room, and a full private kitchen with a ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and utensils, so you can really cook. A private bathroom with a bath and a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. Independent air conditioning and heating, wifi and a television. The suite is on the ground floor, with street-level access, and it is wheelchair accessible.

There is a bus stop a minute away on foot, on the same street, and the Canyamelar and Grau la Marina tram stops three minutes away. The City of Arts and Sciences is just over two kilometres away and the historic centre about twenty minutes.
