You are in the old fishermen's quarter of Valencia, with its market, its almuerzo bars and its seafront promenade, and the City of Arts and Sciences just over two kilometres away.

Marina Boutique is a whole two-storey building given over to guests alone, so it is quiet and you know your way around the house in a couple of days. Between floors you take the stairs.

El Cabanyal is today one of the liveliest districts in Valencia and it is still a real neighbourhood, not a stage set. The Doctor Lluch tram stop is three minutes away on foot, and several bus lines run through the area. The historic centre is about twenty minutes away.
